THE BRIEF
Leapfrog Search was retained by a global information technology company to conduct a search assignment for a Sales Director capable of rejuvenating its under-performing Federal Government business.

Our client had not won any major Federal Government deals in the preceding 5 years, which made the challenge of finding the perfect candidates that little bit harder.


THE RESULT
Leapfrog Search comprehensively researched the Federal Government market and arrived at a shortlist of highly desirable candidates within 4 weeks. We worked closely with the hiring manager, the ANZ Managing Partner Public Sector to articulate a compelling value proposition to the preferred candidate, who was consequently hired.

Within 9 months of effecting the placement, the appointee won a multi-million dollar biometric and identity management contract with a major Federal Government department.
