A global management consulting company retained Leapfrog Search to recruit a Partner within its Financial Services practice to grow their relationships with major Sydney based banking and insurance organisations.
In order to extend value to its customers, our client asked us to find the highest quality candidates within modest remuneration constraints.

A shortlist of highly qualified candidates was presented which included top performers from tier 2 competitor organisations and up-and-coming professionals from tier 2 competitor organisations.
