THE BRIEF
As a result of considerable success in winning new business in its Western Australia branch, our IT services vendor client created a new role to oversee the successful delivery of its major systems integration and application development projects.

This role required a Partner level individual with an impressive track-record in delivering large and complex projects. The role also required someone with proven experience in mentoring and motivating large delivery teams.

THE RESULT
Although Leapfrog Search canvassed the entire IT vendor market in Western Australia for appropriately credentialed candidates, the appointed candidate had most recently performed a CIO role within industry.

The appointee has had an immediate impact on the Western Australia business, providing leadership to the delivery capability and bringing energy and discipline to the role.
