THE BRIEF
A prominent global ERP vendor organisation retained Leapfrog Search to conduct a search assignment for a Southern Region Sales Manager based in Melbourne. Our client required a sales professional with a strong track-record of individual and team-based sales over-achievement.

The brief described an energetic leader with extensive experience managing high-calibre sales executives. The brief also required an individual with specific expertise in selling to mid-tier clients.


THE RESULT
The delivered shortlist of candidates was comprised of three top-performing Sales Managers all with a strong record of success in selling into the mid-tier market.

The appointed candidate coming from a sales leadership role with our client’s most successful competitor within the mid-tier arena.
